What do I get when I purchase the Accelerant Program with Flame Finder Coaching?

You get access to our password-protected e-learning and coaching platform for 1 year from the date of purchase. Inside the Accelerant Program℠ there are 6 Modules with a total of 30 exercises containing videos that lead you through a process intended to help you gain clarity in your career and life purpose. Additionally, our program helps you gain skills that you need in order to pursue your direction and succeed! We do this through professionally produced videos and reflection questions that you are required to answer in order to advance through the program. You will also be assigned an expert Flame Finder Coach who will guide you through the process and help you apply the principles and concepts to your specific situation. You can choose either 4, 6, or 8 coaching sessions pending your needs.

How much time will it take to complete the Accelerant Program℠?

That largely depends on you! However, we would recommend that you work through only 2 exercises per week in Modules 1 – 4. These are longer exercises (~30 minutes each – broken up into 5 minute topic videos), with reflection questions that (if you’re doing it right) should take some time and thought to complete. Once you get to Modules 5 and 6 the exercises are shorter (~15 minutes each – again broken into 5 minute topics) and there are no mandatory reflection questions – so you can watch 4 or 5 of those per week if you like. Therefore, if you follow our recommendations we’d expect for you to get through our program in about 8 to 12 weeks. The longest we want you to take is 6 months and we actually terminate your program after 1 year. A more concentrated focus on the program will likely yield you better results.

What can I expect when I hire a Flame Finder Coach?

What if I don’t like my Flame Finder Coach℠?

Well, that would be impossible!! But, if the impossible happens, you should contact us, and we will work with you to either resolve conflicts or assign you another coach. What if I’m not between 17 and 29 years old?

We’re not asking for birth certificates or other forms of identification, so we are not going to stop you from engaging in the Accelerant Program℠. However, you should know that we designed this program for this age group. That means we were attempting to dial in the language, concepts and overall cognitive load to be most beneficial to this age group. Because the range of 17 – 29 is truly a wide age range, you should expect that the program will be very challenging for most 17- to 18-year-old persons. We are “accelerating development” here – not “hanging out in your comfort zone”. So, if you are 14 to 16, our guess is that this program will be too challenging, and you might not get the value you expect out of it. Our brains mature rapidly in our adolescent and emerging adulthood years. There’s a big difference between a 15-year-old brain and an 18-year-old brain and between an 18-year-old brain and a 29-year-old brain. We have clearly stated our intent: to accelerate the development of emerging adults, who we define as 17 – 29-year-olds. If you are younger or older than this age range, then you proceed with full acknowledgment that we did not design this program for you. And we imagine that the program would likely yield considerable benefits for people slightly outside our intended age range.

Will my parents be able to see my Reflection Questions and gain access to my account?

We will not give them access nor will we disclose anything you write in our e-learning program with your parents, unless you write something that makes us think you are going to harm yourself or someone else. At that point we may feel obligated to alert your parent or guardian (if we have that information) and/or the local authorities in your area. It’s up to you to keep your user name and password confidential so no one else can access your account.

I didn’t sign up my parent for the Parent Empowerment Program when I registered! Now what do I do?

In your Cockpit – which is your personal “dashboard” that is the landing page when you sign into your Accelerant Program℠ – you can add a parent or guardian to the Parent Empowerment Program at any time. Just scroll to the bottom of your Cockpit and click on the tab that indicates “Parent Program” and follow the instructions. Your parent / guardian will get an email with an access code that they will need in order to register and sign into this program. The Parent Empowerment Program is free with your purchase of the Accelerant Program℠.

What is the cost of Flame Finder Coaching?

We have 3 levels of coaching engagements that you can purchase – and which one is right for you likely depends on how much assistance you need, and of course what you can afford. How is Flame Finder Coaching different than Guidance Counseling or Advising at my college's Career Center?

Our coaches are here to offer you an exceptional, personalized, and unique experience that you simply will not find in any school system or college that isn’t directly partnering with us. We are going to spend 4, 6, 8 or more 90-minute sessions with you – in conjunction with over 18-hours of video content to help guide you through a unique process that simply doesn’t exist anywhere else. Our coaches are also experts – often Ph.D’s, executive coaches or leadership experts, entrepreneurs, people with considerable expertise in higher education, psychological counseling, career counseling, or some combination of these. Their backgrounds are diverse, but they all share a passion for working with emerging adults and a skill level in doing so that is unique and powerful. Guidance Counselors in high schools focus most of their time on the college search process and helping you with applications. We help you define educational and career direction which ought to be the driver of your college choices. College career centers are great for helping you develop resumes, securing internships and so forth. Our service is unique – you won’t find what we do in either of these places, but once you go through the Accelerant Program and you work with a Flame Finder Coach, then the work you do with your Guidance Counselor in high school or your Career and Academic Advisor in college will be so much more meaningful.

Do I need to watch the videos of the Accelerant program or can I just talk to my coach?

The Flame Finder Coaching Program is designed to work in conjunction with the videos and reflection questions in the Accelerant Program. Your answers to the reflection questions provide your coach with the foundation to have meaningful and powerful interactions with you. The concepts in the Accelerant Program videos will also provide you with knowledge and confidence we hope you take with you through your entire life.

Do my answers and discussions with my coach stay confidential?

Absolutely. Only you and your coach discuss the information you are sharing. Your coach should be looked at as a trusted mentor and advisor. Anything you share with your coach will remain confidential. However, in the event a Voyager communicates to a coach that they are engaging in (or thinking of engaging in) an act that is self-harmful or imminently harmful to someone else, the coach will take necessary steps to communicate with the parents and/or appropriate authorities, as we have a legally mandated obligation to report in these rare instances.

What role do parents play in Flame Finder Coaching?

Parents play a critical role in the discovery process for our Voyagers. Parents are, almost always, the original role model and guide for Voyagers. We seek to support and increase the quality of conversations between Voyagers and their parents as they move through our program. We are actively developing a Parent Empowerment Program with insightful videos and support resources to engage parents in real time regarding what their Voyager is learning and what insights and questions can assist in this process. Our coaches are spending many hours with each Voyager, but parents are blessed to spend every day with their children. Parental involvement is critical and we hope the result of Voyagers engaging in our program is that meaningful and mature conversations will emerge between parents and their emerging adult children.

How do coaching sessions get scheduled? Are the schedules flexible?

Once you purchase your Accelerant Program with Flame Finder Coaching package, you will be assigned a coach based on your preferences. That coach will reach out to you directly to schedule your first session at a mutually convenient time. At your introductory coaching session, you and your coach will put together a timeline for when your next coaching call will take place and what modules in the Accelerant Program need to be completed before that call. Coaching sessions are done via Zoom or Google Meet as face-to-face interaction is critical to the coaching process. The timing of coaching sessions are flexible, but once scheduled Voyagers must provide 24 hours written notice to the coach if they need to reschedule a session.

What is the accountability in this program? Who is making sure the Voyager is moving through the program?

We are big believers in self-empowerment and self-motivation. It is our hope and expectation that the majority of the accountability comes from the Voyager…after all, to succeed in college, life and relationships we all need to hold ourselves accountable. Beyond self-accountability, our Flame Finder Coaches will be in communication with each Voyager and making sure they are staying on track with the reflection questions, videos and coaching sessions. Finally, parents should be in weekly communication with their Voyager, hopefully having conversations about how things are going, what insights are developing, and what questions or challenges are they facing. What is expected of Voyagers as they go through Flame Finder Coaching?

Do parents get to contact Flame Finder coaches directly?

The Website is owned and operated by IGNITE YOUR WAY INC (“Ignite Your Way”). Our Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on this site by Ignite Your Way.

The purpose of the Website is to create an online community of Voyagers involved in the Ignite Your Way programs and services.
1. a) Registration/Sign-Up
Content published on Ignite Your Way is accessible by all visitors. However, certain Ignite Your Way features and services may require registration. Users may register (“sign-up”) on-site (for example, at https://igniteyourway.com/accelerant/). Upon signing-up, an Account is created for the user.

Users are required to provide part or all of the following information below, depending on the features or services they wish to access:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Street Address
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
Once you complete activation, and you will be able to create your profile (“Profile”) in the Cockpit area.

Ignite Your Way reserves the right to reject any registration request at its sole discretion.

Once Ignite Your Way receives your registration application, it will create an Account for you on our Website and will e-mail you a confirmation that your Account is active. Once you complete registration process, you will be able to link to your Account home page, which we call the “Cockpit” and you can create your profile (“Profile”).

Each Account is personal and non-transferable. Your rights and obligations to Ignite Your Way are also non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under this Account and any other actions taken in connection with this Account. You must immediately notify Ignite Your Way at support@igniteyourway.com regarding any unauthorized uses of your Account or any other breaches of security. Ignite Your Way will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
1. b) Posting Content
Voyager Connect

Through your Cockpit, you will have access to a private, customized social media platform called “Voyager Connect”, which was built using third party software. Voyager Connect is a platform accessible only by our registered users (“Voyagers”). Voyagers have the ability to post pictures and text to this platform and will have the option to connect with other Voyagers, as well as staff, independent contracts, teacher and coaches affiliated with the Ignite Your Way business. Voyagers have the right to connect with any other user within the Voyager Connect platform and can control who sees their posts with reasonable limits (e.g. only friends vs. all users).

The text and image content you post on the Voyager Connect platform must be free from abusive, sexual, or profane language. Any images posted cannot be offensive, sexual in nature, cannot have profane nor abusive language. No language that discriminates against another group of people due to their race, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability status, or for any other reason will be tolerated.

Ignite Your Way reserves the right to terminate, without notice, the Account of any Voyager that does not adhere to this policy. If an Account is terminated because a Voyager did not adhere to this policy, then no refund of the purchase price or fees to access our programs and services will be provided. Any infraction of this policy or misuse of our programs and services, including the Voyager Connect platform will immediately and forever void our money back guarantee, meaning that no refund of any kind will be provided whether the Voyager terminates their Account or Ignite Your Way initiates termination of the Account.

1. Responsibilities Pertaining to Posts and Content
2. a) Users may submit content (including, text, images, links, articles, etc) related to the topics of our programs and service.
Ignite Your Way cannot monitor every post and has no control over whether other Users of the Voyager Connect platform copy, save, or repost your content on other platforms.
1. b) Responsibility & Rights of Ignite Your Way
Ignite Your Way is not responsible for:
- The quality or legality of posts or content;
- The truthfulness or accuracy of the information published by the user;
- The infringement of any intellectual property rights by the user.
However, Ignite Your Way has the right to:
- Edit the content of the posts;
- Send special offers to its registered members;
- Send newsletters to its registered members;
- Use the information and data from its registered members within its Ignite Your Way ecosystem which includes any web site connected with igniteyourway.com
- Promote the eLearning ecosystem to its registered members.
1. c) Responsibility of the User
The user submitting the content posted on the Website must either own it or be lawfully allowed to post it. The user warrants that the content posted or submitted for posting does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
1. d) Non-permitted Use of our Services
The following actions/activities are not permitted on our Website:
- Adult services & pornography: Ignite Your Way does not allow any exchange of adult oriented or pornographic materials and services;
- Inappropriate behavior & language: Communication on our Website should be friendly, constructive, and professional. Ignite Your Way condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others;
- Phishing & spam: Ignite Your Way takes its users’ security seriously. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise another user’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect our users’ privacy by not contacting them for commercial purposes without their consent;
- Content: You shall not (and shall not permit any third party to) either (a) take any action or (b) upload, download, post, submit or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content on or through the Services, including without limitation any content, that:

- Fraud / unlawful use - You may not use our Website for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities;
- Targeted abuse: We do not tolerate users who engage in targeted abuse or harassment towards other users on our Website. This includes creating new multiple accounts;
- Selling accounts: You may not buy or sell Ignite Your Way Accounts;
- You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Website for any purpose without our express written permission.

1. Payment Information and Policies
Access to and registration on the Website for our programs and Services requires payment. You agree that in order to purchase one of our programs and Services you need to be a registered user of our Website.

We use a third-party payment processor (the “Payment Processor”) to bill users. The processing of payments shall be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor in addition to our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct / TOS. We are not responsible for error or delays by the Payment Processor. By making a purchase, you agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices stated for the applicable purchase plan. You further authorize us, through the Payment Processor, to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”). You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. Τhe terms of your payment will depend on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method. Ignite Your Way does not collect nor store your credit card information.

Users are obligated to pay any taxes, charges and VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.

Renewal Policy and Duration of Services

Users purchase access to our online Accelerant Program and that access is granted for one year from the date of purchase without need for renewal. After one year, the user will have the option to sign up for continued access to the Accelerant program for a monthly fee. If monthly access beyond the initial one-year time subscription is purchases, then the user can cancel their subscription via their Account settings (located in our Cockpit) at any time. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for renewing your subscription following the expiration date of your Accelerant Program, and you are solely liable for any disruptions to your activities or services should you fail to extend / renew your subscription before the one-year termination of the Accelerant Program.

Ignite Your Way provides refunds to the users who request it by notifying us at info@igniteyourway.com and provided that you make this request before you complete Module 2 (two) of our Accelerant Program. We do not offer refunds on Wayfinder Coaching services once any Wayfinder Coaching service has been rendered.
1. Disclaimer of Warranties/Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided “as is”. Ignite Your Way disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignite Your Way disclaims any warranties for viruses and other harmful components in connection with the Website.

IGNITE YOUR WAY DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, GUARANTEE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TRUTH AND/OR ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION THAT IS POSTED ON ITS WEBSITE AS WELL AS FOR THEIR RELIABILITY AND/OR THEIR ABILITY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS PROPERLY OF USERS.

IGNITE YOUR WAY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INTERRUPTION OF USE OR LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, INFORMATION OR USERS’ CONTENT THAT IS POSTED ON THE WEBSITE.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION.
1. Confidentiality / Non-disclosure
As a result of the provision of our Services and Programs to you, and whether due to any intentional or negligent act or omission, we may disclose to you or you may otherwise learn of or discover, our documents, business practices, object code, source code, management styles, day-to-day business operations, capabilities, systems, current and future strategies, marketing information, financial information, software, technologies, processes, procedures, methods and applications, or other aspects of our business ("Information"). You hereby agree and acknowledge that any and all of our information is confidential and shall be our sole and exclusive intellectual property and proprietary information. You agree to use our Information only for the specific purposes as allowed in these TOS. Any disclosure of our Information to a third party specifically including a direct competitor is strictly prohibited and will be vigorously challenged in a court of law. All obligations contained herein shall survive the termination of these TOS. Furthermore, you acknowledge that our information is proprietary, confidential and extremely valuable to us, and that we would be materially damaged by your disclosure of our Information. You acknowledge and agree that monetary damages provide an insufficient remedy for the breach of this confidentiality obligation, and that we shall be entitled to injunctive relief.
1. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ignite Your Way, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of the TOS.
1. Copyright Infringement
As Ignite Your Way asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that material located on or linked to by Ignite Your Way violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify Ignite Your Way. Ignite Your Way will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. Ignite Your Way will terminate a visitor’s access to and use of the Website if, under appropriate circumstances, the visitor is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Ignite Your Way or others.
1. Intellectual Property
The TOS do not transfer from Ignite Your Way to you any Ignite Your Way or third party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Ignite Your Way. Ignite Your Way, the Ignite Your Way logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website are trademarks of Ignite Your Way or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Ignite Your Way or third-party trademarks.
1. Assignment & Modifications
Ignite Your Way reserves the right to assign to third parties any rights, licenses, and/or obligations arising out of or relating to these terms without restriction. You may not transfer or assign any of its rights, or delegate any of its duties, under this contract, either in whole or in part (including by merger or operation of law), without the prior written consent of Ignite Your Way. To the extent the license or any rights or obligations hereunder are transferred, assigned or delegated in a manner that is permitted by these terms, these terms shall be binding upon all your successors and assigns hereto (including any transferee or assignee of all or substantially all your assets and any successor by merger or operation of law).

Ignite Your Way reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of the TOS. It is your responsibility to check the TOS periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to the TOS constitutes acceptance of those changes. Ignite Your Way may also, in the future offer new services and/or features through the Website. Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the TOS.
1. Termination
Ignite Your Way may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your Account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website or e-mail us at info@igniteyourway.com with a request to cancel your Account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ignite Your Way can terminate your Account if you materially breach the TOS and fail to cure within thirty (30) days from Ignite Your Way’s notice to you thereof; provided that, Ignite Your Way can terminate the Website immediately as part of a general shut down of our Services. All provisions of the TOS which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
1. Applicable Law
The country of the user and/or the country of the member with whom he or she is dealing with may have applicable laws in regard to their transactions with other users that may be independent of the agreements made with Ignite Your Way in the TOS. The validity and interpretation of these TOS shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to Delaware’s choice of law principles.
1. Arbitration
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration by a single Arbitrator in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which is the state in which Ignite Your Way acts as a registered alien corporation, in accordance with the then current rules of the American Arbitration Association. In the event that any party fails to submit any dispute arising from this agreement to mediation first, or fails to meaningfully participate in mediation, that party will not be entitled to attorney’s fees as provided in this paragraph. Any judgment upon the award entered by the arbitrator may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction. Costs of arbitration, including reasonable attorney's fees incurred in arbitration as determined by the Arbitrator, together with any reasonable attorney's fees incurred by prevailing party in Court enforcement of the arbitration award after it is rendered by the Arbitrator, shall be paid to the prevailing party by the party designated by the Arbitrator or Court.
1. Miscellaneous
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Ignite Your Way and you concerning the subject matter hereof.
- If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
- A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.
- You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions.
- This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
